Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
